Instructions for Returning Products to the Online Store
Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the product within 14 calendar days from the moment the product is received, without providing a reason. More information can be found in the Terms and Conditions section.
Steps for Returning the Product
Step 1: Notification of Return
To notify about returning the product, you must send a written request for the product return to the following email: shop@iizii.eu.
Step 2: Returning the Product
After sending the withdrawal request, you must return the product within 7 days from the date of submitting the request. The product must be returned only in its original packaging, undamaged, in full completeness, without any signs of use, and with an intact package. Please contact the store in advance by phone: (+371) 29 39 57 07 to arrange your visit.
Step 3: Sending the Product
If you wish to send the product, it must be shipped to the store address at Brīvības gatve 439, Riga. Please use a preferred shipping method to send the product. Note that the shipping costs are covered by the buyer.
Refund
After receiving the product and evaluating its condition, the store will process a refund to your designated account no later than 14 days.
Important to Remember
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been used or whose packaging has been opened due to health or hygiene reasons.
The store does not refund shipping costs associated with returning the product.
