1. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds
1.1. A consumer – a natural person not related to economic or professional activity, in accordance with the Republic of Latvia's Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 255 “Regulations on Distance Contracts” paragraph 19, has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the purchased item within 14 calendar days from the moment they have taken possession of the product, without providing a reason for the return.
1.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify www.iizii.eu electronically by writing to the email address info@iizii.eu, and within seven days of sending the will via e-mail, you are obligated to return the product to the seller.
1.3. Sending the withdrawal form or submission within the prescribed period releases the consumer from any contractual obligations related to the distance contract.
1.4. After the product is returned, the seller will assess the condition of the returned item and prepare a document for the refund, sending a response electronically.
1.5. If the consumer confirms, the seller is obliged to refund the amount paid for the product to the consumer.
1.6. The right of withdrawal does not apply if:
- The product is perishable or has a short shelf life;
- The consumer has opened the packaging of a product that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons (e.g., epilator, electric shaver, etc.);
- The product, due to its nature, after delivery has been irreversibly mixed with other products (e.g., two separate acrylic paint colors that have been mixed together);
- The consumer has opened the packaging of an audio or video recording or computer software (this also applies to handheld devices, navigation systems, etc.).
2. Prices
2.1. The prices of products on www.iizii.eu are shown in €, including VAT of 21%. The offered prices are valid at the time the order is placed. By confirming the order, the buyer agrees to the current price of the product.
2.2. The seller reserves the right to change product prices unilaterally at any time without prior notice. Products and services are sold at the prices valid at the time the order is placed and as published on the online store.
3. Product Range
3.1. The buyer can purchase products listed in the www.iizii.eu online store. Products can be purchased as long as they are displayed on the www.iizii.eu website and are available in the supplier's warehouse.
3.2. If the buyer has placed an order for a product that is no longer available from the supplier but still appears for sale due to technical reasons, www.iizii.eu will inform the buyer by phone or in writing, and with the buyer's consent, offer a similar product. www.iizii.eu is not liable for any potential losses that may arise if the buyer orders a product that is no longer available.
3.3. The seller has the right to unilaterally change the product range and product descriptions at any time without prior notice. Product descriptions are based on information and images provided by manufacturers.
4. Receiving Goods
4.1. Delivery of goods takes place according to the delivery price specified in the order.
4.2. Before receiving the product, the buyer must present an identity document – passport or ID card. Goods are handed over only to the buyer who placed the order. If the buyer refuses to show an identity document during delivery, the seller/courier has the right not to hand over the product.
4.3. The buyer is obliged, when receiving the product and before signing the delivery note, to visually assess the condition of the product in the presence of the seller/courier to ensure there are no visible packaging or product defects. Any technical damage discovered after receipt of the product does not fall under the product warranty.
4.4. The product is handed over to the buyer according to the delivery note, which is signed by the buyer. The order is considered fulfilled upon receipt of the product and signing of the mentioned document.
5. Use of Products
5.1. The buyer is obligated to carefully review the product’s user manual before use. The product should be used only according to the manufacturer’s instructions, corresponding to the product’s characteristics and intended purpose.
5.2. Claims regarding product conformity to the contract are resolved in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Rights Protection Law.
5.3. www.iizii.eu's obligations do not apply to defects caused by improper use, transportation, and/or storage of the product, as well as normal wear and tear during the product’s operation.
6. Parties' Obligations and Rules
6.1. A consumer (a natural person) has the right to withdraw from a distance contract for the purchase of a product within 14 days of delivery according to legislation. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the buyer must return the product to the seller in the same condition/packaging as received. The buyer covers all costs related to returning the product.
6.2. A legal entity is not considered a consumer under the Consumer Protection Law, and the right of withdrawal does not apply to legal entities.
6.3. The buyer agrees to the processing of their personal data in order to process and fulfill the order, including transferring data to third parties for the purposes of delivery, payment processing, etc.
6.4. The online store uses cookies. By using this website, the buyer agrees to the use of cookies for performance/analytical purposes.
6.5. The buyer assumes all risks and responsibility for purchases on the www.iizii.eu online store, including receiving the product. Upon delivery of the product to the buyer, the risk of loss or damage to the product transfers to the buyer from the moment the buyer or their representative takes possession of the product, except in cases provided for by law.
6.6. The seller is not liable for delays or non-fulfillment of orders due to circumstances beyond the seller’s reasonable control and that could not have been reasonably foreseen, including but not limited to strikes, government orders, war or national emergencies, environmental or climatic anomalies, internet connection disruptions, as well as failures in communication equipment, computer equipment, or software.
6.7. By visiting the www.iizii.eu online store, registering, and/or placing orders, the buyer agrees to these Terms.
6.8. The seller assumes no risks or liability if the buyer has not familiarized themselves or has partially familiarized themselves with the Purchase Conditions and Privacy Policy.
